Sabrina Mack, MSW/QP Executive Director
Ms. Mack has over 15 years of experience working in the Mental Health and Human Services field. She has worked with both youth and adults in a multiplicity of settings.
Ms. Mack understands the importance of creating alliances with the community and those clients that she works with so that they are able to develop the necessary skills to live their lives without being overshadowed by 'a diagnosis'.
Ms. Mack is a State appointed Guardian Ad Litem and was awarded a State Governor's citation for her commitment and work with youth and families at risk.
Markita Ford, LPC,LSAC Clinical Director
Ms. Ford has over 17 years of experience working in the Mental Health and Human Services field. Ms. Ford has extensive clinical knowledge and ability. In addition to being a Licensed Clinician, she is also a National Certified Forensic Counselor.
She is committed to utilizing best practices to implement the best quality of care resulting in the best service.
Ms. Ford is a State Trainer and is also a licensed Foster parent.
Rachael Holley, BS/QP Operations Director
Mrs. Holley has 10 years of experience working in the Mental Health and Educational fields. In addition to her clinical expertise, Mrs. Holley has a vast amount of experience in human resource, system and fiscal management.
Ms. Holley provides the agency with clear oversight and direction regarding implementation of qualitative measures, and improvement.
Ms. Holley is also an endorsed Child Protective Services advocate.
Lucille Reese, MS/QP Adult Services Program Coordinator
Ms. Reese has 18 years of experience working with Adults. Her expertise include working with the following target populations: Dual Diagnosis, Substance Abuse, and Co-Occuring Disorders. Ms. Reese is a certified Anger Management Trainer and Facilitator. She is currently pursuing clinical licensure.
Ms. Reese has been trained by a State of NC trainer and facilitates the agency's In-House training; she has also facilitated training for several agencies throughout the Carolinas.
She is also a published author who has written two self help books and several treatment curriculums.
